RNL Audio Policies



Order Deadlines

  • All orders received before 3:30pm EST time will be shipped the same day.
  • Pick-up hours are between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday-Friday, with a minimum 1 hour call ahead time.

  • Shipping

    We offer Customer Pick-up, UPS and Pallet delivery services.


    Returns

    1. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from RNL Audio prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RA number will be refused and/or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

    2. Factory Sealed products in re-sellable condition (original parts, documentation, and packaging) may be returned at RNL Audio’s discretion within (30) days from date of original invoice and shall incur a 15% restocking fee. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product.

    3. Defective products are guaranteed for (90) days from the date of original invoice by RNL for exchange only. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product. After (90) days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Items showing signs of misuse or product abuse will not be accepted for exchange and/or repair. Any missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing will be charged back to the customers account.

    4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer with the RA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back. All packages without RA number displayed on the outside will be refused.

    5. Sales of closeout items are final. All warranties for closeout/discontinued items are handled by the manufacturer directly.

    6. Credit will be issued within 3 business days upon receipt of merchandise at RNL Audio.

    7. RA numbers are valid for a period of (30) days only.

    Claims

    All shipment or invoice problems (breakage, shortages, misshipments and/or pricing) must be reported to one of our Sales Associates within 5 days of order receipt.


    Refused Orders

    Any account which refuses an order for any reason, except with our authorization, will be charged the freight and a 15% restocking fee and must be paid in full before a new order can be released.
